In Jefferson Township, Pennsylvania, Missionary Retreat Fellowship provide affordable housing for missionaries on home assignment, making their seven homes available to rent at reasonable rates for short-term or long-term stays.
Located in Bryantsville, Kentucky, A Quiet Place, Rest and Renewal Retreat Center offers a free five-day self-study sabbatical program with accommodation for singles and couples in ministry.
In Bogart, Georgia, Snow Mills Guesthouse, a ministry of Missionary Care Ministry, allows missionaries to stay in three bedrooms of the main house or in a three-bedroom apartment for free for 3-days up to a month.
In Vista, California, Drink from the Spring is a 3-bedroom house intended to be "a resting place where missionaries and foreign aid workers can come with their families to pause from their work for up to a year."

Hospitality Homes maintains a listing of a "global network of homes providing rest and renewal for pastors, clergy, missionaries, chaplains, ministry directors, and other full-time Christian workers."
Servant Care maintains a list of private individuals throughout the U.S. offering hospitality within thier homes to missionaries on home visits. Missionaries can register with Servant Care for a small fee and pay $15/night for accommodation.
Friends in Action has contact information for more than 800 host families across North America who are willing to provide overnight accommodation to missionaries who are on home visits.
OTHER OPTIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION DURING HOME VISITS:
According to the Baptist Missionary Transportation Ministry (linked above), some Settle Inn & Suites, Super 8, and Best Western offer one night stay free to missionaries and pastors with proof (a business card or prayer card) of ministry involvement.
